TCN-2100/2600

 
The TCN series is one-spindle, one-turret CNC lathe for high quality and versatile machining.
As a TAKISAWA’s representative machine, it has the following three features.

With the TAKISAWA’s original bed structure and rectangular slide on each axis, the machine achieves stable machining accuracy and high cutting capability.
 

TCN-2600, equipped with a 10-inch chuck, requires a floor space of only 2.7 m².(8-inch for TCN-2100)
In addition, the wide opening width of the door provides good accessibility to the spindle and ensures workability.

At the time of development, we received a request to develop an inexpensive 8-inch CNC lathe to which a 10-inch chuck can be mounted.
TCN-2000/2500 was developed in 2008. It inherited the 1600 mm machine width of TC-200, which was sold as a standard 8-inch CNC lathe, while increasing the standard machining diameter and enabling a 10-inch chuck to be mounted. Subsequently, minor changes were made to it, which is the current TCN-2100/2600.
TCN-2100/2600 continues to meet customer requests as “the standard machine loved around the world”.
