TCN-2100 (1 spindle/1 turret/2-axis lathe)
The image above shows the previous design on the left and the renewed color design on the right.
The bottom of the machine colored in a black tone suggests high rigidity and stability, while the overall appearance of the machine inherits the white-toned color from the previous design.
The TAKISAWA’s image color “TAKISAWA Silver” is used as an accent on the border of the operation panel and the bottom of the front door to express innovation.
The model name, logo, and company name shown on the front of the machine are also been redesigned.
TM-4000Y2 (multi-tasking machine with opposed twin-spindle and turret with upper/lower Y-axes)
For machines such as TM-4000Y2, we have implemented “TAKISAWA Silver” on the operation panel and the surface of the vertical lining along the operation panel.
Since the height of the machine is over 2 m, it makes the vertical line look very stylish.

We struggled to create a new design under the concept that, when newly colored machines and machines of the previous design were placed side by side along a customer’s existing equipment line, the new design would not disturb the unity of the entire line, yet would be recognizable as innovative at a glance.
At JIMTOF2022, the newly colored machines will be exhibited!
The renewed design will also be highlighted at this year’s JIMTOF!
